I was walking along a lake today in a fairly well-off neighborhood and came across this sign. It reads, “Caution! There are Dirty Uncapped Needles Here. (Watch Out! Keep kids and dogs away. We notified Parks and Rec.) Truly a brand new world from when I was growing up.
